We create property brochures of your home and take amazing photos that will stand out over our competitors. We advertise your property regularly in two local papers and six websites. McConnells believe that our clients like to be involved in the selling of their home; they like to be updated and want to know what viewers think. We contact the viewer and then we update you!

Residential lettings and management
When it comes to letting your property, McConnells understands the importance of receiving your rent on time. With this in mind our tried and tested tenant referencing system is comprehensive and thorough, leaving no stone unturned. A free six month rent guarantee and legal cover policy is offered on all tenancies. Professional detail sheets are prepared on all our properties rather than a list, we show your home in its best possible light, and, again we advertise our let properties on six websites and two local newspapers.
All our tenants are required to care for your property in the correct fashion with periodic inspections carried out on your instructions; we are fully capable of dealing with all aspects of property maintenance and repairs using a small team of local and reliable contractors.
