From start to finish, the service we received was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive, helpful and professional, and kept us informed at every single stage of the process. They took the time to understand our requirements and made sure they found a tenant who was not only suitable for our flat, but someone we could feel confident was the right fit. Everything was handled so efficiently and quickly, including all of the paperwork and necessary certificates. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt that we were in safe hands. I have to give a very special mention to Lisa, who I will be forever grateful to. She genuinely went above and beyond for us. She helped arrange a decorator to get the flat ready, organised a gas engineer for the necessary certificates and arranged the electrical certification too. She took care of so many things that could otherwise have been incredibly stressful for us, and she did it all with such care and professionalism. The thing that stood out most was how personally they treated us. We never felt like just another landlord or another property on their books. They looked after us as though we were family, and that level of care and attention is something we really appreciated. The whole process was incredibly well organised, streamlined and reassuring. We now have complete peace of mind knowing that our flat is in the right place, with the right people and, most importantly, with tenants we feel confident about. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service from McConnells and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a letting agent. We are very much looking forward to continuing our relationship with them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
